Hot and Hot Catering, formerly known as Hastings Catering, was originally founded in the early 2000s, an offshoot of Chef Chris and Idie Hastings’ now Michelin-recommended restaurants — Hot and Hot Fish Club and Ovenbird. What began as occasional favors for regular patrons and community organizations in town has now grown into a sophisticated and prominent business that provides bespoke catering services to brides, non-profits, corporations, universities and individuals throughout the state of Alabama and beyond. With the same attention to detail and excellence that has brought acclaim to the Hastings’ restaurants, and a new and improved team of directors, we are here to serve our community with a smile and a passionate commitment to your catering and event needs.
